Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, you will be required to ship the product back to us at the address provided.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
We recommend using India Post- Express/Speed Post and sharing the tracking details with us to ensure a smooth return process.

Refund of Platform Fee
- If your order is lost or undelivered to the preferred delivery location, we will refund the full amount paid online, including any shipping fees.
- For accounts that do not adhere to our Fair Usage Policy (e.g., frequent returns or refusal to accept shipments), shipping fees will not be refunded, regardless of order value.*
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or other applicable charges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. However, exchange will be applicable on all sale items.
Exchanges
- We want you to love your purchase! If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your current product and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
- Sale items are also eligible for exchange at INR 79/-. We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost by sending the item to our address. Your exchange will be shipped out promptly after we’ve received and checked your returned product.

- If the item you want isn’t available when processing a sale item exchange, we’ll send you a coupon code (redeemable within 90 days) so you can shop at your convenience.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ruhastore.in.
