Shipping Fee & Refund of Shipping Fee

  • We do not charge a shipping fee on orders over INR 999. There is no minimum order value required to place an order.
  • Since there is generally no shipping fee charged by the brand, refunds will be made for the total order value minus any fees as per our return/exchange policy.
  • Orders under INR 999 will incur a shipping fee of INR 79/- per order.
  • Shipping fees is non-refundable on customer returns. Also, products purchased during sale periods are not eligible for returns or free exchanges.
  • Sale items are also eligible for exchange at INR 79/-. We kindly ask that you cover the return shipping cost by sending the item to our address.

Fair Usage Policy

  • Customers who return items excessively or frequently refuse to accept deliveries may be subject to additional shipping fees.
  • This policy is aimed at maintaining fair usage and sustainable services for all customers.

Shipping Partners

  • All orders on ruhastore.in are fulfilled by trusted delivery partners via India Post, Shiprocket, and Shipyari.
  • The delivery partner is chosen based on the shipping address, availability, estimated delivery speed, and shipping charges.
  • Orders are normally handed over to the delivery partner on the next day after order placement.
  • Upon handover, the delivery partner manages the shipping process, including any delays, which are beyond our control. We own and ensure the packaging and handover of your order on the next working day from receipt of order. 

Shipping Timelines

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery times of 5-7 working days.

Express Shipping: Paid service with estimated delivery times of 3-5 working days. A request can be shared on support@ruhastore.in

Returns – Important Note
Once a return request is approved by us, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the following address:

Refund of Platform Fee

  • If your order is lost or undelivered to the preferred delivery location, we will refund the full amount paid online, including any shipping fees.
  • For accounts that do not adhere to our Fair Usage Policy (e.g., frequent returns or refusal to accept shipments), shipping fees will not be refunded, regardless of order value.*
